健康与减肥 Keep Health and Lose Weight
Losing weight is a hot topic among teenagers, especially high school girls. Although they are very tired with endless homework, they still want to lose weight. What they usually do is on a diet. In their mind, keeping thin makes them beautiful and confident. I have to say that their thought is one-sided. Some students will be more confident to get a nice body. However, health comes first. Before whatever you do, you should think of health first. Without health, you can do nothing. When you are sick in bed, you will envy those healthy people who can do many things outside, but what you can do is lie on the bed. What a pity! Thus, when losing weight, remember do not at the cost of your health. Owning a healthy body is also a proud thing and you can get confidence from it. The most important point is that you have enough capital to do what you want.
在青少年中,特别是女高中生减肥是很热门的一个话题。尽管由于无穷无尽的作业她们已经很疲惫了,但是他们还是要减肥。她们常常的做法是节食。在她们看来,保持苗条身材可以让她们苗条跟自信。我不得不说她们的想法是片面的。对于一些学生来说,拥有苗条的身材会让她们更自信。然而,健康是最重要的。不管在做什么之前都应该想想健康。没有健康,什么都做不了。在你卧病在床时,你就会羡慕那些可以在外做很多事情的健康人了,但是你所能做的只是躺在床上。多么可惜啊!因此,减肥的时候记得不要以健康为代价。拥有健康的身体也是很值得自豪的,也会从中获得自信。最重要的是拥有足够的资本做自己想要做的事。
