言语康复训练改善缺血性脑卒中后运动性失语患者语言功能作用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨言语康复训练改善缺血性脑卒中后运动性失语患者语言功能的作用。 方法 选取缺血性脑卒中后运动性失语患者86例，随机将其分为干预组（n=43）和对照组（n=43）。两组患者均予以控制颅内压、血压、血糖和血脂，抗血小板聚集和营养脑细胞等常规药物治疗。对照组患者予以常规康复干预，干预组患者在对照组基础上加用言语康复训练，两组均干预16周。观察并比较两组患者治疗前后语言能力的变化情况，并评估其临床效果。 结果 干预16周后，两组5项基本语言功能较前明显改善（P0.05或P0.01），且干预组改善较对照组更明显（P0.05）；同时干预组患者临床总有效率（95.35%）明显高于对照组（81.40%）（χ2=4.07，P0.05）。 结论 言语康复训练改善缺血性脑卒中后运动性失语患者语言功能的效果较确切，能可促进患者语言功能恢复，最大限度地减轻语言交流障碍对患者的影响。 　　[关键词] 缺血性脑卒中；运动性失语；言语康复训练；语言功能 　　[中图分类号] R743.33 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）28-0061-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the role of speech rehabilitation training in improving the language function of patients with motor aphasia after ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 86 patients with motor aphasia after ischemic stroke were selected and randomly divided into intervention group（n=43） and control group（n=43）. Both groups were given conventional drug of controlling intracranial pressure， blood pressure， blood glucose and blood lipids， antiplatelet aggregation and nourishing brain cells. The patients in the control group were treated with routine rehabilitation， and the intervention group was treated with speech rehabilitation based on that of the control group. The two groups were treated for 16 weeks. The changes of language ability before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups， and the clinical effect was evaluated. Results After 16 weeks of intervention， the five basic language functions of the two groups were significantly improved（P0.05 or P0.01）， and the improvement of the intervention group was more obvious than that of the control group（P0.05）. The total effective rate （95.35%） in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group（81.40%） （χ2=4.07， P0.05）. Conclusion Speech rehabilitation training can improve the language function of patients with motor aphasia after ischemic stroke.
